Amal
Harakat is a gifted, talented designer who pays much
attention to detail and comfort. She works closely with her clients to
ensure look, feel and appreciation in their choice of dress. Amal is much more than a seamstress. Due to her
extensive experience traveling and studying abroad, Amal is able to not
only communicate well with her
clients, but to translate their wishes into the perfect dress.
Amal Harakat, originally from Morocco, born and raised in Casablanca City got her bachelor degree in business and haute couture diploma during her time abroad. While in Europe she had the privilege of working with several leading independent couture houses, spending most of her time in Paris. She then shortly transferred to the states.
While attending Fashion School at LA Trade Tech, Amal took a position designing costumes for theater and commercial industries. She is a 705 Motion Pictures union member, which has given her the opportunity to work with many influential people in Society, Television, Film & Music.
Amal devotes much time and energy to create ultra feminine bridal gowns with a sense of elegance, beauty and glamour. Her evening gown collection and couture bridal collection has the look of love using fine, light, imported fabrics. She uses chiffon, Chantilly lace, tulle organza columns, intricate embroidery and sexy draping to create a vintage look.
Amal's bridal gowns fulfill the need for brides who also have a penchant for haute couture and elegant final touches.
